LCD Dash Display Parts Needed
1.Screen
The display is designed to hold this specific screen. Other screens may fit if they used the same mount pattern. This is a 12 volt screen with a single HDMI Input.

The screen you buy must be the correct part number, there are many variations of this screen with different controllers. The screen you need looks like this on the back with the pictured controller and remote push buttons. All other screen types are not guaranteed to fit this dash display.
The controller for this screen must look like this with a single HDMI Input.
3.HDMI Extender
The screen will require a HDMI extender to attach to
Attach to the controller and reach outside of the
Dash Display for easy disconnecting.
This extender needs be Male HDMI to Female HDMI
4.Voltage Regulator
The screen will require a voltage regulator to prevent it from receiving more then 12 volts when the engine is running.
Any Brand is fine, I found this specific brand to be reliable.

- Indicators
The dash display can be used in 2 ways, with or without external indicators. The software recommended to be used with the dash display “TSDash” features inputs/outputs indicators controlled by the Raspberry Pi and displayed on LCD Screen. This will allow you to use the dash display without external indicators.
Pros to software indicators:
- Less wiring to the dash display
- indicators can be designed to look anyway you want

- Lots of additional wiring to the dash display
LED Icon Indicator types:
The dash display has options designed to utilize 5/16 (8mm)12vt LED Indicators
2 Types of indicators can be used, both have differences in appearance.
Option 1
The first best priced option is a basic indicator with user selectable icons. These indicators will show the icon in white when not lit up and a lighted ring around it when lit up.
Option 2
The next option is a low profile and more stealth looking indicator that is tinted black when not lit up. These indicators do not offer selectable icons. The icon you want must be purchased individually.
- Heat Set Inserts
You will need a variety of heat set inserts in sizes M2,M3,M4 also a tool to insert them, typically a soldering iron. Amazon Link
7. Counter Sunk Metric Screws
You will need an assortment of M2,M3,M4 Screws Amazon Link
- Molex Connector
This box is designed to use a snap in Molex Mini Fit Jr 18 position connectors. This connector will allow you to run the power for the screen and wiring for indicators if used.
The Part number for these connectors are:

- Optional: Screen Protector
Included in the build files for this dash display is a DXF File for a polycarbonate screen protector. This file can be cut with a service like SendCutSend. The screen protector can prevent screen damage from cleaning solvents. This screen protector is assembled inside the cluster as an addon that must be chosen before building the cluster.
- Optional: DROK Timer
Qty 1 Timer Delay Relay Modules
This will be used to control the Powerup and shutdown of the PI and Screen when using TS Dash. It provides a seamless way to safely power down the PI and keep the screen powered on for a duration incase the ignition is turned back on ( such as a needed megasquirt power cycle. )
