For a fun project I modeled up a printable spacer that could adapt the KLDE throttle body to the KLG4 intake manifold.
This model is the correct spacing to clear heater hose and has a nice transition to form an oval to round hole. It also features a side port with 1/2 NPT threads to utilize a 1/2″ 90 to 5/8 barb fitting to connect the KLDE IAC hose. More information can be found in the following post: KLG4 Intake Manifold
