Resolve Clearance Issues

This cross-member design offers 1inch of additional clearance that can resolve issues with a low hanging down exhaust pipe. 

Each Cross member is built on an actual sub-frame from a car, and the holes are elongated to allow for easier installation. Attachments included that secure the cross member to the transmission are made from aluminum for added resistance to steel on aluminum corrosion and allowing the installer to easily modify holes for best fitment.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_toggle title=”Transmission Support:” style=”round_outline” color=”orange” open=”true”]The lower mount is often referred to as the “5th mount” or “mx3 mount retrofit”.  This mount offers additional support and strength of the transmission, reducing the risk of trans case failure, especially during hard launches.[/vc_toggle][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1997″ onclick=”img_link_large”][vc_column_text]Poor Design of the rear motor mount bracket will damage the transmission case on hard launching and high-powered engines.
Our Lower mount acts as an additional transmission stabilizer, limiting the engine movement and preventing trans case damage.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]This cross member features a 5th lower mount that attaches to the transmission case much like an mx3 has from factory.
