Digital Bend Protractor for JD2 Model 32 Bender

A professional solution to reading bend radius and bend repeatability for your JD2 Model 32 Bender.

Our Digital Bend Protractor was specifically designed to for use on the JD2 Model 32 bender without modification to your bending machine. It features a swing arm and an encoder that attaches in the manual bend radius gauge position.
Simply attach the swing arm assemble to your machine and plug it in to the controller.

The Digital Bend Protractor (DBP) offers the ability to save 10 different bender die travel settings and the option to add spring back degrees for accurate bends every time.

You can use the Digital Bend Protractor as a digital readout only, or a Bend limiter. It features a dial to set the desired bend radius and a mosfet switch inside that can disable (or enable) a device of your choice.

Possibly devices: A light, a buzzer, a switch.

The Digital Bend Protractor can sound a buzzer/alarm, turn on or off a light, or disable/enable a connection such as electric over hydraulic push button switch.
