Our Adjustable Timing Belt Tensioner is designed to replace the OEM Auto hydraulic tensioner witch is a common failure point on the KL series engine.
When the OEM auto tensioner fails it allows the timing belt to jump cam teeth causing a no start or retarded timing condition. With the ability to adjust the tensioner you can be sure the belt can never jump cam teeth.

- With Hardware: Timing Tensioner will use the existing hardware from your OEM auto tensioner. This hardware may be too long and require washers to tighten the tensioner fully.
- Without Hardware: Timing Tensioner includes (2) 8mm x 14mm High-Strength Steel Flanged Hex Head Screw’s that are sized correctly to tighten tensioner fully.
Suggestions:
Part of the timing belt cover can be cut away for future adjustments if needed (pictured) or leave the covers off entirely.

Fitment:
This for a 95-97 Year KLDE distributor, Filing could be needed for odd brand distributor’s.
This product is for the retrofit parts to convert a 1995-1997 distributor to use a cam sensor only. This requires removal of the internal coil and igniter from the distributor. These parts reuse the existing screws from the distributor.

The timing mark bracket bolts onto the engine block using existing holes from the OEM timing belt cover and allow clearance for the timing belt system.

Coil Pack Wiring Harness for a Plug & Play Megasquirt 2 (MSPNP2) and Quad Spark
Our harness features color coded wiring with labels that eliminates the headache, confusion and risk for problematic wiring for the inexperienced with electrical.
These harness’s will route from your MSPNP2 located in the cabin, through the firewall, to your QuadSpark then from your QuadSpark to your chosen coil pack style.
The wire harness’s are entirely made from color coded 20GA automotive wire, wrapped in expandable sleaving, with heat shrink crimped terminals and Deutsch weather pack connectors.
Included in this product is cable ties and step by step by instructions.
