King6fab Specific Parts:

All King6fab designed parts are built to order. I do not stock these parts, I only stock the required bulk materials to make the parts. Built to order means exactly that. When an order is placed, the part is made specifically and only for that order. This is how I am able to offer many options and customizations.
For all King6fab Specific parts, I do not allow any returns or refunds. I have no use for your part nor do I want to make a part only to have it come back to me. That’s not only waste of my money, but the time that I have very little of to run this parts service.

What if King6fab specific parts do not fit?

Fitment Issue on customer’s end:

If a part has a fitment issue caused by customers vehicle, the buyer can ship it back (at own expense) and King6fab.com will modify or repair the part free of charge, but customer will be required to pay return shipping.

Fitment Issue on King6fab’s end:

If a part purchased from King6fab does not fit that’s not cause of vehicle, please email us detailing the issue as much as possible, Include detailed pictures and/or video.
If the part is small or has additional parts, normally a replacement will be sent, if the part is large, It may need to be returned.

Example: I had an instance where a motor mount was slightly tweaked from improper jig securement, I sent a new mount without the polyurethane bushing, the customer was to remove the bushing from the tweaked mount and put into the new mount. This is the type of resolution that works best and is unwasteful in money and materials.

Order Mistakes:

Refunds regarding a incorrect order placed, if you mistakenly ordered the wrong part, changed your mind on the order or wanted to add parts, please contact us and we can normally find a solution that will work for you.

In event a complete refund is needed, note that due to Paypal policy changes, the refunded amount will not include the fees that were collected by Paypal for you to send the payment.

Example:( 3.47% Fee as of 4/4/2025 ) You placed an order totaling $200.00, Paypal takes $7.47 for fee of that payment. I receive $192.53. If you absolutely need a refund, the Refund amount will be $192.53, Paypal does not return the payment fee to either party.

Used Parts:

All used parts are sold as in described condition with documentation. No warranty or returns. Something to keep in mind is I am very selective with the used parts I advertise, if i wouldn’t use them myself they do not make the cut for the website.
