OEM Fuel rails bored for Nissan injectors completed package
These fuel rails are sand blasted, chemically cleaned and professionally bored to exact specifications. They will come fully assembled with the Injectors of your selection, including new OEM O-rings and pintle caps.
They will be pressure and leak tested, operated on a testing machine to verify output and pintle cap spray pattern placement.
This set comes fully assembled with custom 7ga 6061 injector locking rings and stainless mounting hardware.
Injector Selection
Selecting the correct injector for your application may be confusing. Here we outline the options available. Nissan side feed injectors are well know to be easily increased in size simply by shaving the pintle seat.
OEM Fuel Rail Core
Keep this service available by sending in your cores.
With a limited supply of OEM Fuel Rails on hand, it is suggested to send in core replacements for the bored fuel rails you will receive. These cores can be sent in before or after your order is placed.
The core charge for a set of OEM Fuel rails is $30.00. It Is included in the pricing of the item.
Once the cores are received, you will receive a payment of $30.00 to the paypal account used to place the original order.
Core Return Guidelines.
We only need bare fuel rails as cores. We do not need any fittings, injectors, screws or misc pieces on the fuel rails. We realise dissembling fuel rails can be difficult without the correct tools, If you choose to send in fully assembled OEM fuel rails, the parts not needed as previously described will be disassembled and discarded. Those parts will not be saved or returned.

Craftsmanship Warranty: The modification of the fuel rails is a precision task and leaves very little wall clearance when done. As result, each injector is carefully inserted into the fuel rail as not to damage the new O-rings or crack the rail., the fuel spray pattern is then manually adjusted. The fuel rails and Injectors are then tested at 120psi of fuel rail pressure to check for leaks or any problems prior to shipment. Removal and/or adjusting injectors, injector hold downs will void craftsman ship warranty.
