This is a project that I have planned for a long time but couldn\u2019t quite figure out how to implement it. I picked up a pair of Chrome Altezza Tails for the Mx6 for about $65.00 shipped many years ago and have been storing them ever since.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

October of 2021 I figured id just try some things as something to keep me busy. My plan was for an Rx7 Tail light look that has the Smoked Dark Red Effect to it.<\/p>\n
I found hex pattern headlight tint wrap on Amazon and got various shades.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I tried them all and settled on a medium tint and carefully wrapped the tail lights with it. It took a few tries to get it perfected, but afterwards i was shocked with the results, It was exactly what I envisioned. <\/p>\n
I then ordered several LED Bulbs and changed out the incandescent bulbs and it really pulled the look together. Here are the Results:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After the tail lights came out so well, it seemed appropriate to do the 3rd brake light and marker light.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
