Shaving a Nissan Injector is the process of removing the spray cap that will result in increasing the flow volume. This is a cost-effective way to increase the injector size.
This will however ruin the spray pattern of the injector, instead of a cone fine spray, it will spray in a stream.
Keep sanding/filing until you start to see the center section lifting off.
Step 2.
When the center section starts to lift off, you can use a pick or piers to peel it away.
Step 3.
You will be left with a small pinhole, use some steal wool to clean up the head of the injector and they are now shaved.
